Anticipation

Thank you everyone for your sweet comments and prayers. We are crazy excited for this little one to join our family. Baby is due at the end of February, so we have just under 6 months to go 🙂

I am feeling great….now that I am happily living in second trimester bliss. As for my first trimester? One word- yuck. I was SO exhausted and SO nauseous all the time that I wasn’t sure we’d survive. But survive we did and now I can honestly say I feel wonderful.

I miss Him

Last summer we closed the doors to our little white church.

And even though my heart grieved (a lot) there was a small hint of excitement at what God would do next. Where we would go. What He would have us do. But as the days turned into weeks and the weeks turned into months and now a whole year has past I just don’t know anymore.
I am not doubting who God is (or what He can do.) I completely KNOW who He is and what He is capable of.
What I am doubting is me. My motives. My heart.
