The girls and I made (and sampled) these this morning and I’ve already had to put them in the freezer downstairs in the hopes that “outta sight, outta mind” will help with my willpower dilemma.
Ha! Who am I kidding?
I tried that tactic last year and discovered that they taste even better just out of the freezer!

Today we made Chocolate Mint Squares. The girls loved this one because three layers meant three bowls and three sets of spoons to lick clean!

When I was in grade six I remember my best friend bringing the BEST cookies in her lunch nearly everyday around Christmas time. I also remember her sharing them with me and how I loved every bite.
