- Well friends, I have FINALLY finished filling in all the information in my menu bar. Whew. That was crazy time consuming but also kinda fun! I hope it’s helpful 🙂
- I am now officially a knitter 🙂 Yippee! My sweet friend patiently gave me my first lesson a little while ago and I have to say, I am really enjoying it! (especially since it’s been “Stanley Cup” season) I love that I can sit with Chris while he’s watching and can busily knit away. Fun. Fun.
- Speaking of my lovely knitting teacher, she has started a new blog! Go check out Crayons for Lunch and be inspired! She is amazing. Really. Crazy talented…. and oh so humble. Go tell her how much she rocks!
- It has been raining, raining, raining. So this morning the girls and I made a new cookie recipe. All I can say is Y-U-M. If you like chocolate- and I mean reeeeeally like chocolate- get ready. I’ll try to post it in the next few days 🙂 For now here are my loves showin’ you how it’s done!

i have lost many friends to the needle.
knitters don't have to make eye contact in conversation. they can just keep at their knitting, nod and say "emm hmm," actually ignoring me, while they are focused on their knitting.
i will miss you. 🙂

Hey cool! I took up knitting this past week too!! Well I learned and started a few years ago, then I stopped and forgot how to do it! But now I started again and LOVE IT!!!! It helps my multi-tasking mind stay busy with a good thing 🙂 Hehe!
