I have banana bread issues.
Really.
I can not for the life of me
bake banana bread to perfection.

I’ve tried lots of different recipes.
It’s not my oven,
I’ve tried making it in 3 different ovens

I’ve tried lowering the oven temp.
I’ve tried raising it.
I’ve baked it for longer than the recipe calls for.
I’ve baked it shorter.

EACH
and EVERY
time
they turn out golden brown on the outside
(sometimes even burnt!)
and undercooked on the inside.
Even though the toothpick comes out clean.

Seriously.
What is my problem?
Banana muffins I can do.
Banana bread- not a chance.
And like a crazy person I keep trying… expecting different results.
I WILL NOT give up on you banana bread.
One day….
