We are well on our way to becoming professional cake decorators.

that perfect birthday message!
Well, except for maybe me….
Yup, she’s a pretty easy target!
And hey, what’s the point of decorating a cake
if you can’t sample a little icing?

Believe it or not, we did actually learn
some valuable decorating techniques…
even if our my practice cupcakes were not the most professional looking
(Christina’s were pretty darn snazzy!)
