True appreciation!

“I have a present for you!” I said, as I strapped my four year old into his car seat after picking him up from school.

“what is it mommy?” he says with a surprised and excited gasp

“you have to close your eyes”

I looked at my son- he’s so excited, his eyes are shut tight, his hands open to receive and a huge grin across his handsome face

“WOW superman lip balm! Just what I always wanted! Thank you mommy!!!”

“your welcome buddy!”

A few minutes later…..

“mommy thank you for letting you buy this for me. I so appreciate it.”
