Today while driving on Deerfoot Trail our front tire blew out! Yikes! It was quite the adventure.
Both kids were with me and all I can say is that I am so thankful I have a cell phone! I was able to call up my knight (aka hubby, aka Daddy) to come and rescue us.
If I didn’t have a phone I would have had to take both kids outside and walk to the nearest gas station (which was probably at least a 30min trek with little ones in tow) Not to mention that today was -26 degrees celsius, and they were saying with the windchill more like -50 degrees celsius!!!
Yes, cell phones are a great invention!!
